The location was amazing. It was safe, close to stores, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour etc. Ariana is 20 minutes outside of Tunis. The apartment itself was a good size. The internet was good.

The apartment was dirty especially the bathroom and kitchen. We went out early the following morning and bought cleaning materials and gave the apartment a good clean. There was poop on the toilet brush so we bought a new toilet brush, the bathtub was filthy, the floors hadn't been mopped, the kitchen was disorganized, the oven looked unsafe, the night we checked in there was a strong gas smell where the boiler was, the pipe was loose so we fixed it. The whole kitchen was not well equipped. The pots had no handles so that was unsafe. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and disorganized. The owners need to get professional cleaners in if they want to offer their apartment as a vacation home. The neighbors were noisy.
