Bardzo dobre warunki mieszkaniowe,było całe potrzebne wyposażenie, kuchnia,czysto ,blisko nad jezioro i Krupówki oraz sama Solina ,piękne widoki.

Brak bezpiecznej ścieżki dla pieszych w drodze nad jezioro.
