Everything is perfect, the facilities and the room is large and clean with a wonderful view. Staff are really friendly and respectful and caring. Janith, Sandeep and Shen were so nice and definitely recommend

Its not that i did not like, but location is a bit in a high hill, it is walkable for people with good fitness😂, but better to get up with a tuk tuk

It was mainly in Ella town so each and every place is walkable.

The location was ideal but Wifi was virtually nonexistent. Breakfast was basic and limited. Staff were good.

95% of the time NO Wifi, basic breakfast and only tea/coffee. No water or juices available for people who don’t drink tea/coffee. No Aircon only a fan. Wouldn’t want to be here in summer.

No air conditioning, just a fan which was a little old. Otherwise everything was perfect

The property, the view, the people, the service

The approach road to the property is a a bit steep. And dark. Difficult to drive up in a car. Tuktuk can manage. Walking up in the rain can be a bit trikcy
