Nothing, very bad experience.

The property falls short of a 3 star rating. The bathroom basin was leaking, which we had to informed them about. The breakfast did not meet even basic standards. Location is on a hill and inconvenient. The 8.6 overall rating is very deceiving. We also cut our stay short as we were extremely unhappy and could not bear another night at the hotel.

El desayuno fue lo mejor, el servicio fue muy amable y la lavandería fue muy rápida.

La habitación no se parecía a la de la imagen, era demasiado pequeña y estaba sucia y descuidada. La lavandería nos encogió la ropa.

エラ駅から徒歩で行けるぐらい近いが、行くまでの坂道が結構凄いので重たい荷物などあると少し厳しい。 朝食が屋上でいただける。坂の上のホテルなので景色は絶景！ 時間はかかりますが、お湯は出ます。 水圧は少し弱めでした。

エラが山の中にある街なので全体的に虫が居るので部屋の中にも入ってくる可能性があります。 蚊帳が付いていたので寝る時はそれをベッドで囲って寝たので虫に邪魔される事はありません！ 帰りにバス停までトゥクトゥクをpick meがなかなか捕まえられなかったのでトゥクトゥクを頼んだら2倍以上の金額を提示されました。

Staff very friendly ans helpfull.

The beddings were not clean enough. And there was only portable AC in the room which was not cooling enough.
