Amazing location, really large apartment, clean and great host that was really helpful!

86 steps to the apartment with no lift. Absolutely no problem for us, but bear in mind if you have any mobility problems. Also, the plug sockets are not a standard Europe plug, our UK to Europe adaptors didn't work and we needed a 3 pin adaptor. There was one in the building and our host dropped another off when I asked him.

"Great location in a really beautiful and picturesque Village"

The location was outstanding. The apartment is quite large and spacious. It was really good to have a laundry area where clothes could also dry quite well. There is great light that comes into the apartment with lovely views over the basilica. There are really good patisseries, restaurants and cafes immediately below. There is possibly the best equipped little supermarket within 40 m.

Some basic items are required in the kitchen – sharp knives, detergent, olive oil. There are four flights of stairs you need to negotiate if you have significant luggage.
