G&A - Apartment

Beautifully renovated apartment made it a superb stay for our family. We were able to easily cook one night and it’s also close to the convenience store and the train station. We really enjoyed our time in La Spezia and staying at the G&A apartment.

It is on the fourth story so there are lots of stairs which we knew about and which the owner reminded us of beforehand so that was fine and good to work off all the pasta dinners!

Ubicación perfecta. Personal amable, buena y rápida comunicación. Apartamento limpio, cocina bien equipada, camas cómodas, calefacción funciona bien, bien iluminado, wc limpio. Entrada autónoma de manera perfecta. Buena calidad precio.

Lo único malo que ya sabíamos es que es un 4o sin ascensor y solo un lavabo.

Posizione, pulizia , ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.

Very clean and modern, just a few walk from train station, many restaurants near by, shower enclosure was the largest on our trip, check in and check out was flexible.

On the fourth floor without elevator. I deducted 1 point because of there is no elevator. Otherwise, I would have given them perfect 10

Lieu très propre et bien situé à 5min à pied de la gare. Hôte à l'écoute et disponible, flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée.

Les quatre étages à monter.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé proche de la gare et des commerces. On nous a conseillé un parking gratuit à promixite.

La cage d'escalier est en travaux (elle sera sûrement aussi super que le reste d'ici peu)

We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was the most well-equipped apartment we've ever stayed in. It had all the kitchenware and utensils we needed. The host had taken care of everything. It's close to the train station and the best pizzeria where I had the most delicious pizza. You can find everything you need nearby at any time. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Even though there's no elevator, I highly recommend the apartment for its convenient location and the luxury you get for the price. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nicely remodeled. The rooms are spacious and have great views on the town. The washer is also a plus.

The permanent smell from the bathroom was tough to handle. Seems like it is the sewer system. Also, no elevator so walking 5 flights of stairs every time was not ideal.
