"Excellent Riad in the heart of the Medina"

Excellent Riad right in the heart of the Medina close to the Palace. The place was spotless with exceptional staff who cannot help you enough. Breakfast is really good. Highly recommend if you want a central place.

Very little, just the odd issue which was resolved quickly

"Camera molto buia e umida"

Abbastanza vicino al centro. Cortesia del personale. Corte interna carina e ben curata.

La camera è molto buia. Aprendo le finestre non si ha privacy in quanto dà sul corridoio di passaggio. Bagno con micro-finestra vicino al water. Zero privacy anche lì. Usando la doccia si forma un'umidità incredibile che non è possibile smaltire. Era presente un telecomando per HVAC ma non azionava nulla. Colazione mediocre. Sarebbe stata gradita più frutta e più varietà.

Buona colazione servita nella corte dallo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Sul tetto c'è una suggestiva terrazza con panorama sulla città. L'arredamento è accogliente e raffinato. Il personale dà supporto nel consigliare gli spostamenti e ad organizzare le gite . La guida che ci hanno consigliato era professionale, colta e simpatica. Buoni i servizi (abbiamo usufruito di massaggi e acconciatura, non abbiamo fatto in tempo per l'hammam, che ha bisogno di un preavvso di 90 minuti.
