This villa style property is situated in a beautiful complex that is very clean, easy to access from the main road, of a high standard of design externally and internally with excellent space and facilities. My group of friends (3) booked a two bedroom villa which was very comfortable with two large bedrooms, plenty of storage and comfortable beds. There were two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining area. The pool area within the complex overlooked the sea and hills in the distance and was maintained to a very high standard. The local supermarket was a short 5 min walk and was next to an Indian restaurant however there was a longer walk 15 mins from the villa to a small shopping centre area with a couple of bars and restaurants, then it was a longer 30-35 min walk to the marina whereby you had more food and drink options. This is a very quiet part of playa Blanca with a need either drive, get a taxi/bus or longer walk to explore more of the area.

No negative feedback other than it was in a very quiet area and the ability to get about is determined by your desire to walk or get a bus/taxi.

The property is in the perfect location for Papagayo beaches, Rubicon Marina and a short walk to Playa Blanca town. It is beautifully kept and well equipped.
