In Ajaria booking simply doesn't work. They don't close the booking availability when they don't have rooms. You book hoping that they will let you in.

The place was clean and comfortable.

There is no parking place near, the garden was crowded with cars and it was almost impossible to park inside. There were multiple Wi-fi routers in the house, however all of them had connection issues.
