There was loud music late into the night on the Saturday but I had been told about this in advance. So I knew about it in advance.

The apartment was gorgeous The location was excellent as we were right on the door step of Liverpool nightlife

The door to open the apartment was quite tricky at times, spent roughly 10 minutes trying to get in when we arrived home from our night out

Location was perfect we were there for Girls Aloud concert and wanted somewhere close to bars and nightlife it was ideal location.

Only thing can say is key was very stiff on the outside door

Upon arrival our check in process was not easy & took much longer than expected. We received a message having to pay a non refundable £25 waiver which was not mentioned when booking. When we arrived at the property, we never received any access information so ended up stood on a busy street with our luggage. It wasn’t until I spent 15 minutes messaging via Booking.com to get access information to then find we had to walk to a local newsagents to collect the keys. It states online that key collection takes place at the property. After 45 minutes of communication, we finally managed to get access to the property. When entering our room, the sofa bed wasn’t made. I’d been asked twice - how many people are staying & the age range of all guests. The company knew there was 4 of us staying and still didn’t make the sofa bed. As for our stay and the property itself, the location of the apartment is amazing! Literally in the mix of everything. However, extremely loud early in the mornings as some other reviews state. Bathroom door didn’t close & cutlery was dirty. The property wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before arrival. Due to the excessive amount of communication beforehand and the lack of communication & streamline check in process, we wouldn’t return or book with Host & stay again.

It was clean comfortable and in the centre of everything

The stairs were very steep. Plus there was a code to get into the floor of the apartment in which I had to call the booking to get. Was a bit confusing
