*Please note, Building amenities are unavailable (including the pool & kiddy pool) and that this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and last Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Daytona Beach Resort management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does not manage or have any control over the Daytona Beach Resort building or its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay or if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door by the parking garage. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. -Please note, LIMITED AMENITIES AVAILABLE Open Daily • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Outdoor Pool • Indoor Pool • South Spa • Fitness Center / Gym • Sauna. -Please note that the indoor pool and south spa are not currently heated.
