排油煙機壞了，無法使用。 冰箱冷凍架壞了，未修理。 前一天住宿的人垃圾未清除 牆上固定式吹風機未接電源，無法使用。 要求房東代為處裡損壞的大行李箱，直至退房前都沒接到回應。 訂房說明，有電梯，實際沒有。

Close, but not really close to bergen central station. And that’s all.

This is a total disaster. I left immediately after checking the room. All the things are totally different from the pictures given. Had the booking via agents with totally different pictures. Difficult to be found as it (44) hide from the main road (48). No instructions given. The environment and the room is dirty and smelly. The floor and the building is heavily damaged. No lift when the room is on the 2nd floor. Dirts and holes are easily found inside the room. The experience was the worst ever and totally unacceptable. I needed to make another booking on another hotel nearby immediately. Wasted my time and money for booking and giving comments here. Besides, booking.com the agency here has marked up too much for the booking, it should not be taking so much via other methods.

Sale sale sale ! À fuir! Les couloir sentaient une odeur désagréable . Et la salle de bain dégageait une odeur de moisie. La douche n’avait pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée.

Nedslitt, manglet leselampe ved sengene, badedøren kunne ikke lukkes ordentlig, hadde nok «slått seg» pga fuktighet. Lite dekketøy i skapet, kun en tallerken til frokost.

Izba bola s kuchynskou linkou, dobre vybavena a bola veľmi príjemná.

Majiteľ by mal niečo urobiť so vstupom do ubytovania, lebo to vyzerá hrozne, ako vstup do nejakého plesniveho brlohu. Nesvietilo svetlo v kúpeľni a majiteľ na našu správu, aby ho opravil, vôbec nereagoval.

Difficult to find - entrance not on Kong Oscar gate but up side street. Could this be made clear in instructions? Water in bathroom basin ran away v slowly. Drainpipe needed un blocking?
