We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place and the eagerness of the staff to provide the best service truly stood out. A special thanks goes to the lovely staff member who prepared our breakfast every morning, and to Ms. Samira at the reception for her warm and professional assistance. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

No elevators and no parking, but even that they solve it by lifting our bags to the room and guiding us where to park the car

"Nice place at a great location"

Limited breakfast. Location was superb. Room is excellent.

The bathroom in the lobby was consistently smelly. No dining options inside. The hotel staff didn't give excellent dining recommendations.

"We loved it."

Location was great. Very easy to walk around in the Madina from Lina Riyad. We had a lovely big room with a terrace access. Clean and well maintained.

Lots of steps to our top floor room. A lift would have been great, but we do understand it’s not always possible to install an elevator in the old Riad homes.
