The parking card is not working during the stay. We stayed 2 nights, and we went in and out many times with the card not working even though we already informed the staff and the loby. We have to wait a few minutes in the entrance for the security to open the gate for us. Apart from the parking access problem, we like the stay

electric cooker provided not able to use, they promised to replace a new one but never replaced until i signed out, wifi provided also has no internet access
MYThe location of the homestay is great, there are eateries nearby and even a 24-hour Orange convenience store. I usually stay here whenever I have to accompany my younger sibling for hospital reviews.
The homestay was dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The bed sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor (if it’s from the sewage system, please at least provide an air freshener). The access card didn’t work. I chose this homestay because parking was provided, but it became inconvenient when the parking access card didn’t work. On the last day, the access card for the lift also stopped working, making the check-out process troublesome.

Car park access card not usable due to outstanding payment to management. So, card was blocked by management. In/out has to intercom security to assist gate opening.
