We stayed as 4 people (2 couples) for 2 days. The flat is centrally located, super clean and well maintained, the host is very responsive. Kitchen was fully equipped, train station to cinque terre is just 10 min walk, free parking is 5 min walk or paid parking just in front of the apartment. What else do you need for a short stay :) Highly recommended!

Tout à fait conforme à l’annonce: propre, Clair, climatisé, tout confort et très bien placé au coeur de la ville. De plus, les propriétaires de l’appartement ont été particulièrement charmants avec nous. Un vrai séjour plaisir, merci beaucoup! 👍

Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Lett å parkere bilen og ikke langt å gå hvis du ville stå på gratis parkering. Eierne var hjelpsomme og svarte raskt på spørsmål. Soverommene store og komfortable. Litt harde senger. Kan anbefales.

We really appreciated the location – right in the heart of the old town, adjacent to the market, and situated halfway between the port and the railway station. The bus stop is just 20 metres from the entrance, and there is a fantastic bakery in the same building – perfect for fresh pastries in the morning. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Having two TVs, one in each room, was very convenient. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. We had a pleasant stay and would gladly return.

The apartment is in a good location, but there are a few points to consider. The balcony is quite small and partly taken up by the air conditioning unit, so it’s not very functional. The kitchen could benefit from more natural light, although we understand this is typical for central La Spezia buildings. The dishwasher is a great addition, but more cutlery and dishes would be appreciated.

This property is the best, clean, comfortable. The location is great and the hosts are very welcoming.
