"The potential to be a lovely stay but full of aggravation and discomfort."

It was comfortable and had everything we needed except working heating!

Our problem was more with the management company. We had a deposit taken from our account which we weren’t aware of when we booked. It’s a week later and we have not received it back. We didn’t receive our welcome email and access code and had to make numerous calls trying to get through to them to get them to send our access details. Then we couldn’t turn on the heat, carefully following the instructions. Even though we tried to contact them within the designated hours they didn’t respond till after we left in the morning. So we had a very cold, uncomfortable night.

Lovely bathroom. Great location for the beach and the town.

Lovely decor. We chose this apartment as it was our daughter Ruby’s birthday while staying there. Large enough for a family of 4. My kids loved the bath. Close to the beach. Would definitely return. Even the negatives weren’t enough to put us off.

Not a big deal but there were only 3 forks so I had to use a spoon. Just so you’re aware for the next guests. Also found magnum wrappers next to and under a bed. The main door was kept open by fire extinguisher all day. Men drinking outside a house across from us shouting. The lower floor neighbours shouted at their dog constantly. Stains on the mattress protector - don’t want you to think it was us. Blinds in bedroom don’t block the light. Could do with curtains. There were building materials and a washing machine blocking the entrance hallway.

clean and furnished in a modern way excellent array of utensils, cooking dishes. nice to be supplied with coffee, tea and sugar with coffee machine (with pods)👍

very uneven flooring. shower screen useless and wasted 2 towels drying floor over the stay no shaving point so unable to charge electric toothbrush
