322 Playa Honda AC and Terrace

The location was ok, it was within walking distance of everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment was located in a residential block rather than a development of apartments specifically for tourists. We picked this apartment as it was self catering and offered an oven however this was broken through our entire stay despite buying food to cook that was then wasted. The air conditioning and fan did not work for the first day/ night which was a big inconvenience and another reason we chose the apartment was due to having air con. The communal areas were very dirty and looked like a building site with construction works starting at 8am. Also parts of the apartment were dirty including entrance hall, bathroom, sofa bed bedding and towels. Lastly the balcony door handle was broken. I am really unimpressed with this especially as this apartment has been falsely advertised and I would like compensation for the inconvenience of my trip this has caused. I am still waiting for confirmation on how to get my deposit back as well. I can only add 4 photos but I have more available on request.

The apartment was ideal but the building is awful. 260 apartments and 27 sun loungers at the pool. The fob didn't open the door to the pool during our entire stay, Other guests removed our possessions and took over our sun loungers leaving our towels and possessions aside as we lunched in our apartment. On floor 3, there was poor lighting ( dangerous at night-time). We will not stay in this building ever again. Thankfully our cleaner Yeni turned out to be a life saver when we arrived, expecting a meet and greet service as advertised. She had to travelover an hour to ensure that we wouldn't have to sleep rough onour first night. Having landed at the airport at 7pm, we finally managed to access our apartment at 10pm. An overall very stressful experience for people in their 70's. The hairdryer needs to be replaced, one tea towel provided and lack of cupboard space as the owner has her own possession stored in presses. We worked from our cases because of this. Avoid this place at all costs....it's terrible.

Location spotless on arrival

Sofa bed was broken on arrival not used for 2 nights Fridge was not staying cold due to the door not closing properly Also freezer compartment full of ice no door on it, then door replaced but still full of ice

Location is perfect the room is very modern and clean everything works well other than the smell from the bathroom sewage was not pleasant at all and i can see this has been an ongoing issue :( however the host was very accommodating and friends

We love the location Pool is great Beds are comfy. AC great ! Accommodation was clean and tidy. Ceiling fan in bedroom is epic too.

The really bad smell in the bathroom. Sewage smell. No trap on bathroom sink. We used the plug and bleach to hide the smell. Also the cook top is faulty and stops working when you are part way through cooking. It's intermittent. I will definitely stay here again but these issues need fixing.

Everything was amazing wat ya see is wat ya get the staff working on desk are amazing

Sofa bes needs fro out so should just put a bed their would be perfect

The location is great, it is just in the middle for a walk to Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje. The restaurants, bars, everything is close to it since you are very in the center of Las Americas. The apartment building has a swimming pool which is big enough so it is not crowded as much.

If you have a car, the apartment building doesn't have a private parking.
