Avoid this owner!! I booked 1 day before arrival, but could not get in touch with the owner (tried sms, call, booking.com and Airbnb, but received no answer) On arrival day I had waited 24 hours and not heard anything, so I was forced to book something else and kindly request a refund. Then I finally heard from the owner, who apologized and blamed a problem with the app (although I had tried several other options as well) To be fair I offered to pay for the first night, if he would refund the 2nd and 3rd. He said he would arrange for a refund. I had paid a total of over 200 euro for 3 nights and after several reminders, I finally got a mail from Booking.com that the owner had asked them to refund 5euro!!!? What a unprofessional and rude way to treat guests.
