Everything, clean tidy and as expected

The communication was good. It felt very personal rather than automated.

There was an ant problem which I reported and received a quick response to.

Spacious place to fit in 6 people, kitchen area

The place requires a car to commute, There were no clean comforters, we asked for them, so they brought us very thin blankets that could be used as throw on sofa, There were only a few toiletries. We were 5 and rented the place for 11 days, and they were not enough. The tv was not working, which was fixed after 3 days of our complaint, There were no fans working as in the beginning it was really hot, we had to buy our own fans. The gabage was not taken out, causing bugs and flies to come in, we took it out, but it was not picked by the company, Beds were old, not comfortable in a couple, and we felt the springs

Location was nice The house was nice as well No batteries for the remotes

The 3rd floor shower didn’t work There was no dishwasher

spacious and clean and quite area

nearest public transportation is about 15 minutes away from the property.

They let us in 2 hours early and that was the tipping point for me rest all was secondary.
