We liked everything! Near to the Grand Canyon! Really cozy, and atmosphere!

The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities

This property will take a $300 security deposit off your credit card just before you are about to start your trip. This is completely unethical as this was not made transparent at the beginning and with 4 days to go you are forced to stay there, not to mention the ridiculous amount of forms that they require you to fill in. The property definitely does not sleep 8. It sleeps 4 adults and maybe 3 children. We could not get in with the code provided, finally managed to get hold of someone. The heating shut down in the middle of the night in winter, I assume they put it on a timer. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great location for the canyon. Very clean. Beds were really comfortable

A smoke alarm was beeping the whole time we were there which made it difficult to sleep. I put in a phone call and they came to fix it but it was the wrong one. Turns out someone had put one behind the garbage can under the sink! We asked for the paper towels which we were promised and were given more toilet rolls which we didn't need The coffee maker did not work until we thoroughly cleaned it The addition of an oven mitt would be extremely useful 🙂

The house is so pretty and the location was perfect

They forgot to take out the thrash, everything else was very clean
