Die Lage war super für uns und die Reaktionszeit der Vermietung war schnell. Ansonsten nichts!

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr unzufrieden. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig – die Bäder waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt, die Küche nur unzureichend ausgestattet und einige Geräte funktionierten nicht. Eine der Toilettenspülungen in den Badezimmern ließ sich nicht abspülen was für eine unangenehme Situation sorgte. Besonders belastend war, dass wir während der Woche zahlreiche Kakerlaken – sowohl lebendig als auch tot – gefunden haben. Die Couch war stark verschmutzt und voller Flecken. Zusätzlich gab es ab 8 Uhr morgens störenden Baulärm durch Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan. Angesichts dieser erheblichen Mängel wäre eine teilweise Rückerstattung unseres Geldes mehr als angemessen. So, wie sich die Unterkunft präsentiert hat, entspricht sie definitiv nicht, wie sie versprochen wurde.
