Location was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Good shower.

Kept forgetting to put the hot water on, but that was our fault.

Not enough hot water for 3 showers

The location is excellent and really convenient for everything Birmingham has to offer. There was no noise from anywhere else in the building and the balcony was a great bonus. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the host gave us detailed instructions for everything including the heating and hot water. On-site allocated parking was fantastic too. The host is responsive and helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is that the hot water system does take some getting used to, as it needs to be turned on for a good long while before it can be used.

The location of the apartment was perfect, it was close to everything around the city centre which made our time more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautiful so much comfort felt like home and the balcony views are amazing. The little touch of leaving hot chocolate and the chocolates which was very kind of the host to do.

The few things that we didn’t like was the checking in process as we had to get the key from new street station which was very confusing to where the shop was based, plus you can’t park your car in the city centre as you would get fined. Also one other thing was the water system we only got hot water for like 3 minutes when using the shower this even after we put the boost on from the boiler as instructed my the Host but didn’t resolve anything which was a-bit disappointing becuase everything else was great.

The property was clean comfortable and had everything you needed and situated in an excellent location.It was very safe secure and the underground free parking was an added bonus.

Couldn’t fault the property…
