The apartment is located in a good location of the city.

1.The hostess didnt reply to my messages when i ask him to give me the instructions in english and when i ask for wifi password. 2.The shower water was leaking in the main room because there was a problem of pipeline maybe. 3.The balcony was destroyed and very dangerous with a hole,this is very serious because it can traumatize people who passing the road. 4.The bathroom's door is like doesnt exist,no privacy.

The property is new and clean. It is well equipped and we appreciated the juice and milk in the fridge. The bed is super comfortable. Excellent location and good price.

It was not clear from the pictures that our apartment has very steep stairs that lead to the bedroom - very uncomfortable to walk up and down. Also, the toilet and shower are in the bedroom, not separated with a wall/door so no privacy whatsoever. This made our stay uncomfortable.

We booked with a balcony but the apartment was on the street. We tried to spoke with the support team (which interact with us just on WhatsApp, we took the keys in a locker) and they actually didn’t support us. They ignored our request until we translated our message in Spanish and the answer was kind of “it’s like this, sorry”. Funny story: no mirror in the house. We also supported a couple of old people which weren’t able to understand the locker process, they tried to reach the support getting no answer because no speaking in Spanish. It’s a shame a so bad management because the apartment is quite ok and close to the city center.
