USThe location was nice, right of off us 1, and 15 min to Atlantic ave. which is where all the attractions and beach access is. really nice private backyard.. It was also nice to have a washing machine and dryer to do laundry, so i wasnt coming home with dirty clothes, nice granite in the kitchen also and dishwasher.. the central ac was great.
Although the yard is private and fenced in, it wasnt mowed when we got there and my standard poodle would not walk on it, hes very picky, but 3 days in the mowers showed up and my husband asked them to mow our unit and they were very nice about it and had it done in no time, i just wish other people would pick up after their pets like we do. very nice being fenced in though, and then their was no tank for the grill, which doesnt say bring your own in the add, who wants to travel with propane, overall very nice place.. you do here the train in the distance but not to bad, and they do charge for pets...
