Nothing. The host never answered to me when i was in front of the house to check-in.

Worst host ever. Tried to call them 1,000 times. Never had the courtesy to call me back. Never had the courtesy to let me know they were not able to accommodate me even if I already paid

Couldn’t tell you

The the owners told us to cancel the booking despite them no longer being available the day before the cancellation request expired. So of course I didn’t see it in time, thinking "I’ve booked it, I’ve paid, it’s all gone through, great" then once I saw their message on booking.com telling me to cancel it, which I then did I received no answer. My request for a refund was ignored despite it being their fault my trip couldn’t take place.

The room was large and carpeted.

5 mins to Mid high street, 10 mins to Sutton train station, very big, valuable in centre

Privacy is good

The bed was broken and noisy

It was a comfortable stay. The place was clean and the access was easy into the property. Good location.

The property says there is parking on site. But there wasn't. It was free parking on the street on Sunday but Monday I had to park a few streets away and paid for the parking. On the site, its only residents parking.
