I've never seen a booking like this, they said we don't need to deposit but then ask for deposit via email, if another customer deposit come first then we will lost the room without any confirmation. They even haven't cancel my booking and leave the booking open. This is a kind of cheating the system. Very bad attitude. Why don't they just ask for deposit on Booking.com, they don't wanna pay extra money ?
