"Had a fantastic short break in Salcombe would book this property again"

Great location, overlooking North Sands Beach. Handy having parking and being able to walk into the Town. Property very clean and had a relaxed feel.

A few welcome treats would have been nice but not expected.

A fabulous location, as the photos indicate. The flat is beautifully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. We were lucky that the weather was perfect.

Couldn't work out how to get live TV. However that is probably just our lack of ability with new technology. The food at the Winking Prawn was expensive and poor. But I think they must have had a problem with the chef.

We loved the location. The balcony overlooking North sands beach. The walk to Salcombe. Beautiful views. The flat was gorgeous.

Nothing. Very hilly and steep in parts for those less active but with a car, no problem.

Location, newly refurbished, designer elements to interior, sea views from the balcony, proximity to beach, spotlessly clean and car parking.

Lighting from car park to front door. Otherwise really well done.
