"Great location cosy apartment"

Nice location helpful host

Heater was just a electric one and no proper duvet so unless huddled next to heater got cold early hours of morning

"Horrible! Not safe!"

nothing!

nothing, there is no heating in the winter, just an air conditioning which is not heating properly! The building is full of homeless people sleeping at the door or on the stairs, the elevator is going only till 6th floor so from 6th to 7th floor you need to "walk over" homeless and drunk people sleeping on the staircase. I do not recomment it at all!
