Nelson st (AYR)

Very nice spacious apartment. Nice decor. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Not too far from centre.

Steep spiral staircase to 2 attic bedrooms. Stairs also quite slippy. Small shower cubicle. No hairdryer. No mirror upstairs. Boiler is on wall beside downstairs bedroom and can be noisy during night. No rail to hold onto in main staircase.

Nice location,airy seating room,airy main bedroom, but the 2 loft bedrooms dark. bathroom and kitchen rather small for a 3 bed apartment

Clean There is everything you need in the kitchen - cups, knives, kettle etc. Location is ok. Price was the cheapest in Largs for that weekend.

Two bedrooms without windows with low ceiling - attic rooms. Very steep stairs, 66-year-old woman couldn't go there, and my 5 - years old boy was scared to sleep there. However, for young people, the roooms are ok.

Size of living room.

Lack of privacy at livingroom window, prevents taking advantage of sofa bed. Mentioned to landlord, he said he would take comment on board.

close to town, beach and ferry. clean and has everything you need. Jason was very quick and easy to communicate with. would definitely recommend!
