Die Nähe zum Flughafen und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Das Haus mit Meerblick ist gut gebaut, sodass man auch bei Schlechtwetter die Möglichkeit hat, im Freien zu sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und professionell.

Dass nirgends im Vorfeld erwähnt war, dass es sich um eine „Gated Community" handelt und man trotz der Nähe zum Meer nicht in Richtung Meer raus gehen kann.
