Sehr freundliches Personal, großzügige Appartements in sehr guter Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Burg. Alles sehr sauber und der Küchenbereich gut ausgestattet.

Keine Möglichkeit im Bad Handtücher aufzuhängen und die Futons sind für westliche Schlafgewohnheiten etwas hart.

小田原城最佳觀賞點🤩美景第一排！實在是太棒了，我們是住401，三個人入住，整個空間環境都非常好，離車站也很近。因為天氣好冷，房間到浴室都有暖氣實在太幸福了🤩第一天入住因為比較晚到，也有提供很明確的住宿指引，真的非常喜歡，推薦給大家！！🤍🤍🤍

Znakomity obiekt, mozna poczuc jak mieszka sie w nowoczesnym japonskim mieszkaniu z dodatkiem tradycji. Wszystko znakomicie urzadzone, super czysto i do tego piekny widok z okna na zamek. Spanie na futonach! Mila i pomocna obsluga, pomogli nam nadac bagaze do nastepnego noclegu.
