Luxury Cotswold Cottage in Ewen near Wild Duck Inn

Beautiful, secure, peaceful location. Well positioned to maintain privacy from other properties. The lodge was beautiful. Very cosy & comfortable, with lovely decor & the kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfy ( although a little creaky) & bathroom had a lovely big walk in shower. We had a lovely relaxing short stay.

Nothing... just a few things I think could be added for a more pleasant stay: *A foot stool - when sitting on the sofa watching TV it would be nice to be able to sit with your feet up. *A stool under the small table to allow to sit & apply makeup in the mirror - an electrical point too would be fab - to use hair dryer / straighteners. ( there is an electrical point in the bathroom but the mirror gets steamed up when showering so takes some time to clear) .

Lovely friendly welcome and we were so well looked after. Really appreciated the information and checking in with us regarding the bad weather conditions and making sure we didn’t get soaked when we returned to the lodge. Really comfy bed with lots of little attention to detail things that made our stay so wonderful.

Nothing, it was a fantastic stay.

Spacious with good facilities. Close to major centre for meals and food. Central location for visiting Cotswold villages. Excellent for a longer period of time due to full kitchen and large living area.

Comfy cozy accommodation in a beautiful setting perfect stay

Beautiful self-catering property near Cirencester, perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Spotlessly clean and everything you could need for cooking breakfast, lunch or a simple meal. Very quiet and private and small table outside which would be perfect for taking in the countryside if the weather was good. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower. Tom, the host, met us on arrival and gave great advice about local restaurants and things to do. Welcome bottle of wine and biscuits was a nice touch. Fresh milk was offered as well. Definitely recommend this property.

Everything was perfect. Just be prepared to dive a few miles along country roads.

A fantastic property, new and very comfortable accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. The hospitality of the hosts, Tom and Helen was wonderful. A great location for exploring the Cotswolds.

Clean and cosy lodge, location idyllic. Helen and Tom who own lodge very helpful and friendly.After a long day at the air show was lovely to go back to lodge and relax in the beautiful surroundings. Plenty of walks around area and excellent country pubs.

The location and facilities were fantastic.

Lovely room and layout, in a very secluded area local to Cirencester.

Although the wine, biscuits and fresh flowers were a nice inclusion, it would have been perfect if there was a small supply of fresh milk and shower gels for the duration of the stay!
