3 Bed Detached House & Hot Tub

Had wrong property pack sent so arrived to the wrong house. The host was very apologetic and sent us to the right place. The property was ok in need of paint and general maintenance. No dishwasher tablets or clean dish cloths left and dishwasher was not clean.

The location was great for what we needed. 1 bedroom was OK, the 2nd room the bed was low but ok.

The house wasn't as clean as I would have expected it to be. There were crumbs on the couch and around the edges of the kitchen. You could also tell there had been a dog there previously as there were hairs and a musky/wet dog smell. Obviously, I'm aware you allow dogs, but I feel like it just needed a deeper clean once they had left. My mum has allergies to animal fur, so unfortunately we didn't stay the 2nd night of our booking. The hot tub also had leaves in when we opened it up, and the filters and edges were dirty from previous use.

Liked the location for the narrow boats

The house could have done with a little tlc there were marks on the walls and the carpet was slightly dirty in places. I also don't really like the camera in the back garden pointing at the hot tub. If it isn't in use it should be blanked off. Failing that the camera pointed over towards the floor or other corner given children are in the property and as it is a commercial property permission should be sought ahead of any CCTV under gdpr regulations.
