Det var dåligt utrustat i köket. Slitet och lite ofräscht i badrum och kök. Ingen information om utrymningsvägar vid eventuell brand. Vi hade bara en nyckel på fyra personer, ibland delar man på sig under dagen och skulle behöva åtminstone två nycklar. Det var dyrt och till låg, väldigt låg standard. På nätterna behövde fönsterna vara öppna för det var för varmt inne och i och med det stördes vi av trafiken och raceande motorcyklister på Sveavägen. Detta ledde till att vi fick dåligt med sömn under veckan vi bodde i lägenheten.

The apartment is centrally located, large and comfortable. It needs some repairs and a little more cleaning (especially bathroom and terrace). But the place is nice.

We were locked in the elevator. The host did not offer me any solution and was not very nice when I called him from inside the elevator. The administrator and a neighbor took care of calling the elevator company. They were charming and very responsive.

The apartment is located in the centre. Close to many shops, a metro station near by and at a short walking distance to the train station.

A couple of points need to be made here. We were asked to collect the keys from a location that was 2 km away from the apartment. Arriving after a long journey and carrying luggage etc, it was not an easy task. We were also asked to return the keys to the same place (2 km away). Frankly speaking, this is not acceptable. The flat misses some key items and other issues. For example, there was no kettle. There was no iron (important if you are travelling for business), the light in the kitchen does not work, the lock in the toilet does not lock properly, there was an issue with the plumbing, resulting in flooding in the kitchen as a result. Not nice. Also, it was not possible to adjust heating. It was too cold. The flat is of good size. However, the toilet is extremely small to the point that it was very uncomfortable to use it. There was no washing machine in the flat. Instead, there was a laundry room (3 floors down) with only two washing machines available to the entire residents of the apartment. Not only is it a bit inconvenient to go 3 floors up & down every time laundry needs to be done, but, you need to book the laundry room in advance to be able to use it. Communication with the hosts was poor. It was almost always delayed. Messages on booking.com were either not answered and answered with significant delays. Emails were not answered. As a last resort, calls made were made but not picked up. Thankfully, they decided to communicate on WhatsApp after all these attempts. Having to make so much effort to report problems (such as flooding in the kitchen!) were beyond disappointing to say the least. We were promised to get a compensation for a missing item (i.e. iron) that should have been in the flat but we had to buy ourselves. That compensation never arrived. They did not bother to reply to our emails (a copy of the receipt was sent). Regretfully, from our experience, the hosts simply did not care about our trip. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
