Wonderful location

I love everything about this place. Location is perfect. It’s comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly. I really recommend it.

Quite spacious (easily count up to a few hundred steps only by walking around inside the apartment ;) ), neat, and nicely decorated place. Had everything in need. Great location to look around Palermo & easy access to the highway. Noemi & others were kind and helpful.

Parking can be challenging at first, but after getting used to the surroundings, it gets easier to spot an empty space to park.

Plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was a great bonus. The shower was great once we learnt the knack of getting the water hot (turn both shower and sink taps to hot and wait for a good few minutes!). Noemi was super responsive and very helpful. The neighbourhood is pretty busy - all of Palermo is! - but is super close to the cathedral and all of the hop on-hop off tourist buses. Also walkable to pretty much anywhere. Highly recommend the Santa Caterina church - less busy than the cathedral and more impressive. Ballaro market is a must but it is super crazy! Cafe Katia next to the cathedral did a super limoncello cocktail and reasonably priced yummy pizza. The bakery at the top of the steps opposite the apartment is great - fabulous pastries everyday and bread at the weekend.

Nothing. Just a slight issue with the water which Noemi sorted super quickly and all great once we knew how long it took to get hot - be patient!

the breakfast was not applicable.. The location was perfect next to the entrance to Vittorio Emmanuele and close to Independence Square where you could pick up a bus. There was no need to drive. The owners were very accommodating.

I would not recommend taking the on off bus. The recording was not in sync with the sights we were driving by. we could have walked to most of the tourist sights outside the historic center. Awesome! Travelers always appreciate informative reviews.

Newly renovated apartment, done to high standard. Great shower Location is great for city attractions and about 20 mins walk to rail station Air conditioning was excellent Host was excellent - good communication before and throughout.

A minor point but the property does not yet have a washing machine installed, this was listed in the facilities. (deep sink was available)

Great location, great appartement, also didn`t have problems with parking. Owner was very kind and provide me all the information i needed.

Everything was good. Very clean. Shower could have been warmer in the morning. Had everything we needed. The host was lovely and had thought of everything.
