Het personeel was heel goed en behulpzaam! Bij vragen of problemen stonden zij altijd klaar voor ons! Ze waren erg betrokken met ons wat een fijn en veilig gevoel gaf. De kamer was ruim, de stroomvoorziening was stabiel, WiFi was uitstekend, badkamer was top en in het algemeen is de uitstraling van het hotel heel goed. Het is ook mogelijk om tot laat bij de bar nog wat te drinken. Daarnaast ook genoeg parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. We hebben hier een hele goed tijd gehad!

De bedden zijn niet het meest comfortabel. Je hoort de snelweg goed als je aan die kant een kamer hebt. (Ik wist vooraf hiervan, dus persoonlijk geen probleem).

Amazing staff, amazing location. We were so well looked after. Room was spacious and really comfortable. Breakfast was great. Excellent value for money.

Some extra shelving in the shower would be useful and the big shower head didn't work but this is very minor!

A modern hotel with very clean facilities, a stylish bar, and indoor parking. We truly appreciated the kindness of the owner/or manager..she personally checked on us when we had to leave earlier than planned and couldn’t stay the night due to personal reasons. We will definitely return in the future ..worth every penny spent.

The property is well located in Jbeil on a main road within the city but away from the hustle of the center. The center is a 10 mins walk. You can easily get all amenities you need within a 2 mins walking from the hotel. The owners (Nizar and Cyntia) were super friendly and helpful. They are always available, receiving guests and managing the property themselves. The rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is available and has everything you need to start your day.

The location is fantastic, near all Jbail markets, good restaurants, 10 minutes walking to Jbail old Souq, the staff and management are very very helpful, friendly and efficient (you feel like you are in your home) the hotel is super clean, this hotel became my only target if I visited Jbail again.

Super familienfreundlich, super sauber, tolle gastgeberin - wir durften sogar einen Gratis Late Check out machen. Tolle Lage & das Frühstück war sehr gut
