The staff was super responsive and the location is great.

The AC didn’t work the entire time we were there. The Amtrak is right behind the apartment.

On Friday at 4PM we were dropped off with our suitcases in the drizzling rain, opened the lockbox as our instructions stated only to find the box empty. We tried calling the phone number, no answer, tried emailing, no response. Finally we texted and we were given a completely different set of instructions, no lock box, but a keypad at the door. There was only one washcloth, no bath mat and limited towels. As we were checking out, we found a dryer full of washcloths and towels. The air conditioning did not function properly, the air coming from the vent was not cool and the unit was warm all night long. The temperature on the thermostat did not go below 75 (even though it was set lower). The emails stated if we had questions to contact the property but the phone number listed was never answered. Sometimes we were able to leave a message, other times we received a prompt that the mailbox had not been set up. When we were able to leave a voice message the call was not returned. We sent emails that went unanswered as well.

Stylish and fun decor. Comfortable layout.

Very very noisy. Had to call the police about the upstairs neighbors partying and yelling late into the night. Also, the towels were not dry on arrival and the dryer seems broken

There is nothing I dislike about it

I liked the white little sofa it was comfy and relaxing.

Didn’t have enough coffee machine and rugs in the bathroom.
