"Wonderful loft in downtown Bradenton!"

Very Easy Process. Unit is right downtown and easy walk to restaurants, yet quiet in the unit. Parking and check in were easy as well. The unit was well appointed and clean. No view from unit but had a nice big window for air flow and everything you could need!

More view or an outdoor space but I knew that before booking this unit did not have those things. Great place to stay!

Excellent location and much better price than at the Springhill Suites, Courtyard Marriott, or Hampton Inn. The room is massive, and having the free washer and dryer is great.

Avoid the Belvedere Suite on Friday and Saturday nights if you like to go to sleep before 2:00 am: the pounding bass from the Paddywagon next door will keep you up. (The other suites are far enough away for this to be an issue.) A few minor additions would help: a lamp on each side of the bed rather than on only one; a hair dryer and more than one towel hook in the bathroom; and a table lamp on the table in the foyer so one guest can work while the other sleeps.

Location was ideal, near shops, restaurants and riverwalk. Also, convenient free parking.

There’s a fridge, but no plates, utensils, paper towels or other basics if you wanted to have a quick snack or leftovers.

"Top Notch stay"

I stayed in there belvedere suit for a total 4 nights and let me tell you these rooms are beautiful. Lots of space and very luxurious. The location is perfect centered right in the heart of downtown bradenton. There is much to do and everything is very close. I can't forget how nice the owners are. I had a minor issue with plumbing because of the hurricane and they had it fix within the hour. I highly recommend staying here 💯

I loved all of it no complaints here.
