"Niché au coeur des montagnes slovaques"

Un bel hotel niché au coeur des montagnes Slovaques......calme et serenité sont au rendez vous ! Personnel irréprochable, sympatique et aux petits soins. Merci pour le jeux de carte et la bouilloire 😉. Buffet restaurant de qualité ! La chambre est tres grande et il n'y manque rien ! Une adresse à garder pour un prochain séjour !

A személyzet az érkezőben nagyon kedves volt. Segítőkész és figyelmes.

Nem volt meleg víz. Szóltunk a recepción az volt a valasz hogy tovább kell engedni. Cca 20 percig hagyjuk fogyni a vizet csak langyos volt. Kint nagyon hideg volt jól esett volna a forró zuhany. Egy estét voltunk csak de akkor is. Viszont a szobába kellemes meleg volt.

Pomimo trudnego stromego dojazdu wszystko w porządku. Pani w recepcji, jak i Panowie w hotelowej restauracji bardzo mili. Cicho i spokojnie.

Konieczność dopłaty 10eur za 24h parkowania pod hotelem, z czego wcześniej nie widziałem zadnej informacji w momencie rezerwacji hotelu
