Activities were good

Caravan wasn't clean spent first few hours washing floors cupboards and fridge .airing out the rugs .and windows open to air caravan. Smelt terrible.person we hired the accommodation from didn't register us in time so Didn't get registered until the second day so we wasted a day where we couldn't do any activities or go to any entertainment. Rang and left a message for a call back but only got an email which I had to sort out with havan staff the next day. Not acceptable as I paid for a service and feel I paid for a day where all I could do was actually just clean the accommodation.

The site was amazing for the grandchildren they had a fantastic time on all the activities.

The caravan needed a clean. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness.

Clean, everything you needed was there

Nothing we didn’t like really except curtains not fitting properly and could do with a bbq

The caravan park is a nice place, a lot to do, beach is close, a lot of facilities for kids, pool area nice

The caravan is a good size, however was not cleaned properly , the beds were not nice nor comfortable, the kitchen equipment bit outdated, and it needs to be clean properly. There were some issues however the host sorted it quickly, bit overpriced for what you get in return, a bit dump around, the bathroom not cleaned property, dirty window/ windowsills, It should be noted that if the reservation is made via this web , it is not possible buy play passed online, that was bit of issues, as in the peak time by the time you arrive all is fully booked. No-one knew how we can book/buy the passes, we could not event book over the phone, very odd, no Wi – Fi at all in the caravan, In general a good break however the caravan is bit overpriced.
