"Acceptable but nothing to return"

It was located in the best area of Miraflores. Close to everything. The issue was the constructions around the apartment, everyday was someone working with screwdriver on the walls and made impossible to work. The shower and toilet were clogged and we need to fix for ourself. The building is very old and the view from the window very disappointing. The apartment needs a better setup, the bedroom needs new covers (with holes and smelly) and new lines . The kitchen needs silverware and glasses. The good part was that the administration provided what we requested for breakfast 🍳 panes, and orhers.
