Casa Estepona - 7 min to beach

Rent, bra läge, poolen.

1. The Building is great. It’s new and very clean. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious with blackout shades. The location is great: It’s a nice 12-15 minute walking distance to the beach or 10-12 minutes to the lively old-town’s restaurants and shopping (downhill to the beach, uphill back). The neighborhood is clean, lit and safe.

1. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. My husband likes a firm mattress and I’m not picky, but we both suffered on these beds for 2 weeks. I should have listened to previous reviews…it’s a serious problem in both bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses in a guest house should be a #1 priority and the number of reviews stating this should be enough to make it an immediate action. I would love to stay here again if they change the mattresses or add a quality memory foam topper. 2. No trash cans in bathrooms 3. Toilet seat lid is missing in one bathroom 4. No Ironing board (although there’s an iron) 5. No clothes dryer as listed in description 6. The queen bed has a queen-size duvet cover, but no queen duvet. There are two twin/single duvets in the closet. 7. Cheap decor, bed-clothes, and kitchen equipment — quality doesn’t match quality of the building/apartment.

Appartement propre, ensoleillé et bien équipé. Endroit calme.

Quelques ustensiles étaient rouilés.

Inga solstolar vid poolen och förbud till att ta med egna. Dålig kommunikation med värden. Svarar knappt på frågor trots upprepning. Lovar senare utcheckning och har sedan glömt det. Får bevisa med chatt. Ingen info i lägenheten om lösenord till wifi.

Nice indoors temperature and well lit, and well equipped with appliances.

Could improve the cookware with an extra saucepan, dishes and cutlery.

Heel schoon appartement, meubilair is nog bijna nieuw. Mooie rustige locatie in een afgesloten complex. Er hoort een parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage bij.

7 min to beach is wat optimistisch tenminste als je lopend gaat. Reken maar het dubbele en het is niet vlak. Het bed vonden we wat minder, hard en niet erg comfortabel. De keuken uitrusting is minimaal, we waren met z'n tweeën en dat ging net. Als je wil koken voor meer wordt het lastig. Omschrijving meldt een wasdroger maar die is er niet.

La douche

Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο υπνοδωμάτια με 2 μπάνια. Δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε καθόλου τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, αλλά φαίνονταν σαν καινούργιες. Πολύ ωραία η θέα στην πισίνα. Δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε, αλλά φαινόταν υπέροχη και μπορούσαμε να δούμε ότι καθαριζόταν κάθε ημέρα. Σημαντικό το ότι είχε και πάρκινγκ και δεν αναγκαζόμασταν να ψάχνουμε κάθε φορά.

Δεν υπήρχε κάδος απορριμάτων στα μπάνια. Δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρα, έστω για το πρώτο βράδυ που φτάσαμε αργά και δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα να αγοράσουμε. Δεν υπήρχε καθόλου χαρτί κουζίνας ούτε χαρτοπετσέτες.
