One can tell that a lot of care and thought was put into making the accommodation look traditional. The village, at the feet of the Fagaras mountains, has an authentic feel to it, despite the many tourist accommodations. The host's care and passion for her accommodation were clearly noticeable throughout our stay. We had breakfast once and it was carefully prepared by the host, with an array of local produce, which was good.

Despite a lot of thought being put into making the accommodation beautiful, some elements were not very comfortable. For example, while the matress was good, the bed frame was extremely squeaky, and the beautiful traditional bench was hard and it could not be enjoyed for a long period.

The location is freshly renovated. The decorations and furniture have a lot of personality, featuring traditional objects, some repurposed and given a fresh vibe with the host's personal touch. It's a very relaxing place and I felt comfortable. The hosts were easy to contact, very helpful and welcoming. The location also has friendly cats.

If you want a relaxing time in a traditional environment, this is where you go. The apartment is on a big plot of land, with a garden near the river where you can take a walk among the trees and plants, you can feel very close to nature. For the night, they have sunbeds on the garden, where you can lay back and enjoy the star lit sky. Bonus company are the very friendly and cute cats that live on the premises, hanging around you and asking for pets :) The rooms is also very traditional looking, but cozy and comfortable. Our host was very friendly, tending to all of our needs without hesitation, always trying to make us as comfortable as possible. In the morning she made us breakfast for kings, with homegrown vegetables, and also homemade lemonade. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely visit again. I recommend it to everyone who's looking for a place to relax.
