"Fortunately they change us the room and our stay turned to be really goog"

Our room was number 9. Unfortunately this room must not be given till they fix it since there is a bad smell most probably by mold. The door was rotten. Fortunately they change us to room number 10 and was perfect. The breakfast was nice but a bit not convenient that opens at 09.00. the location was very good on the center of the old city.

Our first room was really bad.

Konum olarak her yere yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Odamız temizdi, kahvaltı da güzel ve doyurucuydu. Otel sahibi ve çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.

Sadece duş alırken sıcak su gittikçe soğuyordu. Biraz soğuk akıyordu sabahları da ama hava çok soğuk olmadığı için bir sorun olmadı bizim tarafımıza.

Location is in the old town, everything is close. The room was very clean, with all amenities. It was a bit small, but for the money I paid, it's not a problem. Breakfast was great. And interiors are really "boutique".

"Zeer mooi en stijlvol hotel in een authentieke wijk"

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi ingericht hotel, erg goed ontbijt, rustige locatie dichtbij oude centrum

2 dagen zonder verwarming, daarna werd het opgelost. We kregen een losse radiator en daarna was de verwarming weer hersteld. 4 dagen geen WiFi signaal. Storingen zijn begrijpelijk, maar 4 dagen niet. Dat zou sneller hersteld moeten kunnen worden. Gelukkig hadden wij voldoende data op een lokale telefoonkaart.

В номерах очень чисто. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отличные завтраки! Все три дня новые блюда, очень вкусно! Идеальное расположение. 5 минут пешком в одну сторону и ты на Площади Свободы - метро, транспорт. 5 минут пешком в другую и ты на набережной. При этом на самой улице очень тихо.
