GBBeautifully modern decor with absolutely everything you need for a home from home stay. Gorgeous outside area with summerhouse & choice of 3 seated areas- such a pity that the weather wasn’t good enough for us to use( it was December!!) loved the utility !
We had torrential rain 2 nights that we were there so struggled when coming back in to the house with soggy shoes/ coats & umbrellas ( had to use a large towel which we needed to wash before departure) . A coat hanger by the door( with a dish bottom umbrella stand ) & much larger mat is needed so if thought appropriate.

GBIt was just right for us, 8min walk to all the good stuff in York. The little bag of tea and biscuits was lovely as was the bread and prosecco thankyou stays york and 17 trinity lane.

GBThe property was well very equipped, tastefully and beautifully presented and exceptionally clean! Lovely outdoor space. Clear guides and parking was great! Very central location. We met housekeeping just as we left and they were lovely too!
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. Personal preference would be that the double bed would be a little bigger and firmer,but just personal preference!
GBGBEverything was of a very high standard, and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated.
1. Master bedroom mattress was very soft. 2. Needed better instructions with what to do with the recycling. 3. No tumble drier (despite this being listed), HOWEVER, good provision of washing line and pegs, and drying rack for inside - clothes dried easily overnight.
GBGBAll really good. Property excellent. Service exceptional. I had two niggles with the property, and contacted the agent on the morning after the first night to ask them to be fixed. The main one was that the blind in the second bedroom didn't cover the window - I can't believe no-one else had noticed! The agent let the owner know, and both was fixed within three hours - amazing. Instructions were clear. Parking great. Kitchen well-equipped.
