The location was good and the staff kind. The suite was spacious

The suite was old and tired. There was no WiFi on the 3rd floor we had to go down 2 flights of stairs to connect to the Internet. Our toilet got blocked which did get resolved but was not nice. There was no coffee machine as advertised. Our safe did not work, there were no batteries and they could not get it to work. It was very disappointing.

Location was the only good thing.

A few problems. 1. The hotel overcharged me when they show the US dollar price but then use Mexican peso price that they add an additional 60USD equivalent to (I check the EX and the USD to Peso should not have a discrepancy of 60USD). The hotel is not worth the price when there are other hotels close by that have better value. 2. One of the windows is broken and has not been fixed, they taped over the glasses. It was fine but the noise coming from this is very loud. Given that it was in the city center where there are a lot of street noise, clubs and bars, and the Dia de la Muertos celebrations close by, this is problematic when trying to sleep. 3. The bathroom is old and outdated and the toilet kept clogging. Even after unclogging and then avoid throwing TP into the toilet, it still clogs. It was very frustrating. 4. The cleaning staff kept knocking on my door 2 days before my check out date thinking that I was suppose to check out. They didn't even have their books correct. It was annoying when I was trying to sleep from the lack of due to the noise on point number 2. 5. The front door has a receptionist but they kept the front door locked at all time and need to be open only by the receptionist. It was annoying when trying to come and go. Overall, it was a terrible experience and was not worth the price. I would not be staying again and do not recommend the place. Booking.com should do better than giving this place a recommendation.

Excelente ubicación, muy atento el personal, todo funcionaba a la perfección, cero ruido a pesar de estar muy cerca del Angel de la Independencia, increíble la zona. La llegada y todo muy limpio

Las camas, los colchones demasiado suaves, se sumen horrible, afortunadamente no íbamos de trabajo porque no descansamos.
