Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

This was the best place we have been to during our holidays. We spent here 5 nights and the staff was exceptional. They were caring, attentive and friendly. Especially Sayf and Ismail were the best! They brought us tea any time of the day with contagious smile. The facilities were great and we enjoyed the peacefulness and atmosphere of the Riad both inside and out on the terrace. The breakfast was incredible. They even made an exception and made it for us an hour earlier so we can get to our trip on time. 10/10

Towels

Ich war bereits mehrere Male in Marrakech und habe noch nie so ein schönes und sauberes Riad gesehen. Die Inneneinrichtung und die Möbel sind unglaublich schön und geschmackvoll. Die Angestellten sind ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir durften früher einchecken und sogar unangemeldet am Einreisetag frühstücken. Vor der Abreise konnten wir an Vormittag das Mittagessen bestellen und flexibel das Mittagessen geniessen. Das Riad ist sehr zentral. Die Angestellten sind rund um die Uhr anwesend und stehen für alle Anliegen zur Verfügung und helfen auch immer mit dem Gepäck/Taxi/Reisetipps etc.

Es hat im Zimmer zu wenig Ablageflächen. Es gibt im Dreierzimmer nur ein sehr kleiner Nachttisch neben einem Bett. Der kleine Weg zum Riad ist teilweise am Abend etwas unangenehm. Der Mitarbeiter des Riads hat dies jeweils bemerkt und stand bereits bei der Türe, womit wir uns jederzeit sehr sicher fühlten! Vielen Dank!
