The room was tidy and well heated.

The bed in bedroom number 2 where I stayed need to be changed as you could feel the spring of the bed on your body which was not comfortable at all. The rest of the property I had access to were dirty. The carpet right from the main entrance all through the property needs to be hoovered. All the facilities in the upstairs shower room were dirty. There were no tissues in the toilet. It could have been great if only some TLC had been given to the property.

Location was good. Room was spacious and clean (Room 2).

Toilet seat not in place. No tissue in bathroom. Bathroom sink plugged and drains slowly. Springbed wasnt really comfortable.(Room 2) Blinds not shutting out light. (Room 2)

Nothing it was dirty and people smoking in accommodation and very loud at night

Shower didn’t work the bath was filthy the room had not been cleaned and rubbish everywhere

your room description on booking.com is not true… there is no tv and kettle in the room it’s all in the kitchen… when someone justwant to be alone and has a dodgy knee you don’t really want to go up and down the spiral like stairs from second floor

The location, space and everything that one would need from a stay. I had the first room in the property which was good for coming in since it is one of the first doors and the noise wasn’t bad at all from other guests.

There is 1 permit for the household where you have your own parking bay at the back of the property. It's in an excellent location where there is a 24 hour gym across the road, the train station and town center are just over a 5 minute walk.

Every door is a fire door in the house and they're very heavy, so they make a very loud banging noise when someone enters and exits a room. If you have a lot of people in the house up and about at all times of the day, the banging is very annoying.

There are 5 rooms with 1 large kitchen and everyone is very friendly.The location is excellent with train station and shops close by. There is a parking bay at the back for the property.
