Luxury APT 3BR l New Tower & Parking l Mamad

Modern, bright, clean and spacious apartment, with great views from balcony. Centrally located to travel across Israel, close to great cafes and restaurants, grocery shopping, public transport. In a new area of Or Yehuda (lower Tel Hashomer) with many gardens and parkland. Apartment had Shabbat Kit (hot plate with hot water urn) and block has a Shabbat Lift. Parking in apartment worked well (as was difficult to find on street parking). Hosts were very responsive to our enquiries.

Nice new comfortable and clean apartment with all necessary accommodations such as full kitchen stuff, laundry, WI-FI, etc. Excellent view from balcony :). We felt very secure staying there. Available parking space and elevators. Nice location, parks and recreation area nearby. Car is recommended as no easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants

Some minor suggestions for improvement: - Better communication with owner on the day/time of arrival. - Add more storage for hanging clothes in smaller bedrooms. - Add a nightstand in small bedroom. - Add outlets close to nightstands

The accommodation is modern, extremely beautiful, tasteful, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable family life, with all facilities, parking, in a quiet place. The hosts are exceptional in every way, always available, very kind and professional, we felt at home, cooperation for mutual satisfaction. Warm recommendation. Aleksandar

I found hairs in the bed so bed linens were not changed before arrival it took 2 days to have clean bed linen The floor was dirty Property is in front of school and noise is insufferable.

The apartment is new in a new building and a new area It was very convenient for us because it was very close to the airport and the hospital. Very quite neighborhood Comfortable beds, nice balcony and living room Cosy kitchen and most importantly own parking. All and all we were very satisfied.One of the best services we got in tel aviv. The communication was spotless , they kept checking on us very fast reply and all is very well explained Very friendly....

Nothing specific with this apartment or this company just a suggestion Extras bed covers and pillow covers for the long staying guests and a toaster would be a nice addition

The location was VERY good - very near a supermarket, shopping centers and it was easy to access the major highways. The apartment was incredibly clean, everything worked well (dishwasher, washer, showers, air conditioning, etc) and the patio was a really nice feature. The hosts were also very responsive; when we had a problem with parking, they fixed it really quickly, which we appreciated. You also cannot overstate how important it is to have a designated parking space in Israel, which this unit had! We were very pleased and would certainly stay here again.

Nothing that was O&O Group's fault. There was lots of construction around the area, no shops to walk to, and the traffic was often terrible... but as I said, nothing that was O&O's fault. Everything the company could control was excellent!

Honestly one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. The place is brand new, amazingly furnished, the best are super comfy, even two of us who usually have trouble sleeping slept like a brick. The living room is duper comfy as well, the dining table is big an comfortable for several people to sit around. Everything is spacious and really high class. The balcony has a great view and gives you a great place to sit in the evening or morning and have a cup of tea. The location is very convenient and easy to get out to major highways, and the parking is easily accessible.

Really had no complaints. I could nitpick a bit but really don't feel the need to.
