Het heeft alles wat wij belangrijk vinden. Niet voor niets hebben wij in dit appartement twee keer binnen 6 weken verbleven. Goede faciliteiten zoals; goede airconditioning, heerlijke bedden en kussens. Mooi, comfortabel appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede Wifi. Makkelijk voor de deur of onder in de garage gratis parking, heerlijke ligbedjes voor naar het zwembad. En handig, een wasmachine. De omgeving was nu in mei/begin juni met alles in bloei schitterend. Wij hopen snel weer terug te keren.

Niets. Echt een aanrader, vooral de locatie ook. Binnen 10 min in Punta Prima met alle restaurantjes en de stranden. Binnen 20 tot 30 min rijd je naar alle leuke dorpjes/stadjes. Ideale uitvalbasis om zoals wij hebben gedaan op zoek te gaan naar een plek om te wonen.

De kwaliteit van de bedden! Heerlijk comfortabel, hier is duidelijk niet op bezuinigd. Appartement is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en mooi ingericht. Fris, modern en nieuw. Goed werkende airco, douches zeer prettig in beide badkamers, lekkere zitbank, ligstoeltjes voor het zwembad en ligbedden op het terras. Goedwerkende wasmachine en zelfs een droger. Een heel mooi zwembad. En dit alles in een rustige omgeving. Locaties was voor ons perfect. Stranden op zeer korte afstand, Mercadona op loopafstand en meerdere supermarkten in de nabije omgeving. Zowel de eigenaresse als de host zeer vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Wanneer wij weer deze kant op komen zullen we zeker de beschikbaarheid controleren.

Alles beviel aan het appartement, geen enkele minpunt te bedenken. Wel een suggestie om na te denken over het plaatsen van horren.

This was our second stay at 49 Laguna Beach and it was just as brilliant as the first time. The property has everything you need and more, it is perfectly located for us and the pool is so clean and beautiful. Thank you!
